Schedules
Inspections are performed 7 days per week, and every effort is made to best accommodate the scheduling needs of our clients. A typical inspection will take between 2 and 3 hours, and depends upon several factors that include the size of the property, the overall condition, age, and complexity of the systems.
Should I attend the inspection?
Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask all the questions they have. Attending the inspection is also a great way to learn more about the home's systems and recommended maintenance. At the end of the inspection, a comprehensive narrative report with photos will be prepared and delivered within 24 hours.
Coverage area
Breakwater Inspections is based in the Rockland, Maine (04841) area. The coverage area is broad and ranges from the Portland to Bar Harbor areas up the coast - out to the Lewiston, Waterville, Augusta, and Bangor areas - and out to several of the islands.
